What
information is required to place an order ?
All product orders are
placed easily via secure online shopping cart service. Click add
to cart button, select your product spec,
see calculated order
discount deduction (if applicable)
then simply fill in
your order form detail required.
Each order is treated
with individual importance every step of the way. It is however
essential to the smooth running of orders, that all data input
you provide is correct. i.e. order spec, registered email address
& delivery detail. Please also enter your billing information
exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
(Failure to do so shall
delay or void order).
Customer invoice print
statement available on check out completion page. Upon submitting
each order you will also receive prompt acknowledgment email.
Then once your order has been processed, you will receive a further
finalised confirmation email including all your requirements.
* Please also note
your account will be charged by Golf Custom. Expect to see GOLF
CUSTOM, on your next statement, total charge relating to your
order type.

What happens
once your order has been placed?
Each order is treated with individual
importance every step of the way & depending on your type
of order we provide the following delivery durations; Non standard
orders i.e. Special Assembly for extra individual players needs.
Please allow 14 working days for U.K free delivery service. Ready
to go products such as waterproofs, bags, and standard club orders
will normally be dispatched within 48 Hours. Please allow 7 working
days for UK free delivery service.
Deliveries are made
on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between
08:30am and 6.00pm, and require customer signature. For orders
outside U.K Mainland. Please complete the purchase process and
we will contact you regarding any extra delivery duration.
Product re-stock
service ?
From time
to time during product season March - Nov items do go out of stock,
this is due to the high demand levels of award-winning products.
However our re-stock service is second to none, approx 21 day
back order period only. Allowing customers to get back on course
with minimum delay possible.
*Please
note End of season Dec - March no re-stock is available for previous
year sold out products. For more info please use contact enquiry
form.

We provide Market leading
Special Assembly Free Service for Non standard orders. This a
separate service that is applied to standard product purchase
as required.
Once your order has
been processed, you will receive finalised confirmation email
including all your club build spec requirements.

What
terms do we offer for your delivery of goods?

Please complete the purchase process and we will contact you regarding
any extra delivery duration.
Delivery
Guarantee: The supplier Golfcustom.com undertakes to inspect the
goods again prior to dispatch to the Buyer and warrants them to
be of merchantable quality/ correct order spec.
All goods
shall be signed for upon delivery. Should the courier find there
to be no answer at your specified delivery address, a goods contact
card shall be left for your attention. Please use this card to
contact courier service to rearrange delivery for a time which
is convenient to you.
(*Please
note, after the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held
for 5 working days; any parcels not delivered or collected within
5 days of the 1st attempted delivery will automatically be returned.
Please therefore do not delay making contact with the couriers
to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel).
Each delivery
shall then require the customer purchase signature.
Any ship to address, different to Billing shall be subject to
Personal ID requirements. Only then shall goods be dispatched.
Payment: Liability for payment of
the goods shall arise on the Buyer's placement of order. We are
certain that you will be delighted with all purchases from Golfcustom.com.
However, we understand
that there are very rare occasions, when customers need to return
goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer the
following terms in respect of returns, refunds and repairs for
our products.
What to do if you have changed your mind?
If you have simply changed your mind about your order
(i.e. wrong size or
spec) and you wish to return your standard goods, then in line
with the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of standard goods within
a period of seven working days, beginning with the day after the
day on which the goods are delivered.
Please contact us by email as soon as possible to inform us that
you wish to cancel your order or calling 0845 0569 227 - 24 hours
a day,
making sure that you quote your Order Number.
If your order has not
been dispatched then we will cancel it immediately and no money
will be debited from your payment card. However, if your order
has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods
to us (Please see return info below) at your own cost and within
seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to
you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for
any golf equipment products that show evidence of having been
used. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for
the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Postage
and insurance are not refundable.
If you send a product back for an exchange we will charge you
for shipping the new product back to you (currently £7.50
U.K Mainland). You can either enclose a cheque with your return
or we can debit the relevant amount from the payment card with
which you made your original purchase. Return shipping costs can
only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
Non Standard Orders
will be subject to re-charge.
If you send Special
Assembly product/s back for spec change your order will be subject
to re-charge cost £20 per set of irons or
@ £3 per club,
plus return delivery.
(Delivery charge £7.50
U.K Mainland).
What to do if your goods are faulty or appear damaged upon arrival?
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty upon receipt please
email or call 0845 0569 227 - 24 hours a day.
Within seven working days of delivery, we aim to replace any defective
items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue
a refund to you via your original payment method. Exchanged items
will only be sent after we have received the defective item back
from you in its original packaging.
Please inform us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit.
If goods are visibly damaged on receipt it is advisable to accept
delivery. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched,
or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish.
In the unlikely event of any shortages please notify within 7
days of delivery.
What to do if your goods have developed a fault "within"
guarantee period?
Products within the 12 month manufacturer's normal usage guarantee,
should be sent back to returns address (see below).
Following
inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace
& return the item to you. Infact we operate the fastest return
backup services in the golf industry. Processing duration 7-14
working days U.K delivery. Allowing customers to get back on course
with minimum delay possible.
(*Please
note, if we feel there is no manufacturing fault the item will
be returned to you).
All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturer's normal usage
guarantee from the date of purchase. This is underwritten by the
manufacturers upon proof of purchase. Please email including your
original order number if you have any questions.
What
to do if your goods have developed a fault "outside"
guarantee period ?
Please
email including a brief description of your damaged product.
We can
then respond promptly.
(If you
choose to proceed we shall then ask you to follow the return instructions
below).
Following
inspection customer services will again contact you regarding
card payment cost.*Providing you with approx cost of inspection
and repair including return shipping cost.
Full payment
will be required before any repair is undertaken.
All new
components fitted will include manufacturer's normal usage guarantee.
Please allow 14 days delivery from date of payment.
Returns Info
For all returning goods please include your invoice copy with
detail
(name,
address, order number as original proof of purchase).
Please
make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using
the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed
service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment
to return the goods. A £1.50 admin fee applies when correctly
supplied items are returned and postage costs are not refunded.
Once a return is received a refund will be processed within 2
weeks of the item being received.

that you use a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller
items or Parcel force for larger items.
*Please note that responsibility for any product
returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and
a member of staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
